This winter, Luma is transforming our Kiwi Park in the evenings into a luminous wonderland as it hosts LUMA Enchanted — an immersive nighttime journey blending art, nature, and storytelling. From June to August 2025, wander through illuminated walkways and encounter captivating light installations that highlight the beauty and diversity of New Zealand’s native wildlife.
During Luma, the Kiwi Park is excited to offer a special After Dark Kiwi Encounter — a unique nocturnal experience showcasing a snippet of our amazing day visit experiences under the cover of night, giving visitors the rare chance to see our iconic national bird. These tickets are sold as an add on to the Luma experience and gets you bonus discounts for visiting us during our normal day time operating hours.
